About Us
Sennit Construction Ltd is a privately owned company and was established in April 2008. We provide a range of new roofing installations, refurbishments and repairs. Our directors are focused on client satisfaction and excellent workmanship. The managing director, John has over 40 years’ experience and knowledge in the roofing industry and has embedded his passion for roofing throughout the family business. Over the years, the company has continued to improve as a business, keeping with industry standards, Health and Safety Legislation and what we offer to our customers.
Our customer feedback and our reputation is imperative to us. Therefore, we provide a service which allows us to plan the project or repair alongside our customer, meeting regularly on site to ensure expectations are met. We use top products and manage projects effectively and complete in a timely manner. We provide a service to mainly local authorities and private sector clients.

Liquid Plastic Roofing
There are various types of liquid plastic systems available in the roofing industry. Depending on the requirements of the building, choice of material from the client and their budget. Sennit will discuss the best material to use in collaboration with the client. Liquid plastic is designed as a fully bonded base and forms a membrane over existing roof, it is watertight immediately and a durable solution for waterproofing. Sika liquid plastics is just one of the partners we use in this sector.
As Sika approved contractors, we have a decade of experience using high performance, liquid applied membranes. Membranes are cold applied, eliminating the risk of fire during installation, and cure to form a seamless waterproof membrane that can be guaranteed for up to 25 years.
Felt Roofing
Our Managing Director has 40 years of experience working with bituminous membrane systems. We offer a range of self-adhesive, cold applied and torch-on waterproofing solutions that provide an excellent balance of performance and economy.
Cladding
Metal cladding panels can regenerate the roof of a premises, the existing roof can be stripped and panels can be installed or they attach to existing roof, therefore reducing excessive cost. Metal cladding panels are durable and easy to maintain. Sennit Construction will explore the best option for the client. Cladco is just one of the partners we use in this sector.

Moy provides specifications tailored to each project design using innovative, long lasting waterproofing solutions. Services are far reaching across the design and specification stages of commercial projects, right through to project completion and beyond. Moy's services include specialist technical support, CPD presentations, roof surveys and condition reporting and on-site support throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Cladco
Cladco, like Sennit Construction Ltd are a family run business, they offer great customer service and manufacture a range of custom made roofing sheets and flashings. We use their products for our metal cladding projects.
Bauder
Sennit Construction Ltd are an approved Bauder contractor. Bauder specialise in waterproofing systems, and their products are long lasting, robust and increase guarantee. They manufacture and provide bitumen membrane systems, a superior product that offers complete reliability.

At Sennit Construction Ltd, we believe in continuously monitoring and measuring our performance to develop and excel within our industry. We aim to complete every project safely and securely and we have achieved a number of industry accreditations including ISO9001 and ISO14001. Sennit Construction Ltd is also an approved contractor with NRFC who have extremely high standards and a rigorous vetting criteria. We keep up to date with health and safety legislation and ensure our employees and contractors gain appropriate training and refresher courses where applicable.
