The Background.
As part of this client’s framework agreement, we were instructed to carry out a liquid applied waterproofing system to 4 industrial units. Despite some Scottish weather delays, this job ran smoothly and quickly.
The Work.
Sennit Construction chose the spray method for this project due to the type of existing roof and the timescale. We removed and installed new roof lights; this has rejuvenated the building giving it a durable finish which is easy to maintain and giving the client a 15 year guarantee.
